Will the price go up?

How will you protect my home?

We cover your floors, tape off trim and wrap furniture before we start. We’ll talk through cleanup before work begins.

Will the paint last?

Good to know

Small problems can grow.

Peeling paint can let water get into wood. Over time, wet wood can rot. Then it needs repair before it can be painted.

If you see peeling, have it checked. Finding the cause early gives you more choices.

Tip

Once a year, walk around your house. Look at the sunny sides first. Small peeling spots are easier to deal with than rotten wood.

Questions

Quick answers.

How long will it take?

Most homes take 2 to 5 days. Cabinets take 3 to 4 days.

What do I need to do to get ready?

Take down pictures and art. We’ll do the rest.

My home is old. Is that a problem?

No. We’re EPA Lead-Safe certified. We’re trained to work safely with lead paint. Many homes built before 1978 have it.

What paint do you use?

Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore. For cabinets, a tough Sherwin-Williams paint made for heavy use.

When can you paint outside?

Spring to fall, when it’s warm enough for paint to dry right. Spring fills up fast.
